Delivery Policy

Most orders ship within 2-4 weeks (customized orders and orders during holidays may take longer). We cannot be responsible for delays including those of USPS, UPS or Federal Express. Holiday Delivery: We ship based upon USPS and UPS holiday shipping deadlines for delivery before December 24th. Orders placed after December 1st, customized orders, and supply orders may not arrive by December 24th. Please order as early as possible and choose the Express shipping option if available. International orders may incur additional shipping charges--call for an estimate.

Return Policy

Each of my pieces are handmade and no two are quite the same. Please read the descriptions of each item carefully including dimensions. Returns are permitted for EXCHANGE ONLY under the following conditions: 1. Returns must be made within 14 calendar days of shipping date. 2. Custom orders are not returnable. 3. Shipping is non-refundable. 4. An additional shipping charge for sending the exchange merchandise will apply. 5. Prior notice of return is required to: diana@dianaddarden.com 7.
